Free standard shipping
Retail prices include free standard shipping, with no minimum order, to eligible physical street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Remote street addresses within this delivery area are eligible for the same retail free standard shipping offer.
Delivery area and exclusions
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories or outlying islands, or destinations outside the United States.
PO Boxes, Post Office Boxes, military base addresses, and APO/FPO/DPO military or diplomatic postal addresses are not eligible for delivery. Please use an eligible physical street address.
Order processing and tracking
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Processing and transit times vary by product, order size and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date. We provide tracking information when an order ships. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. If we cannot ship within a promised time or the time required by applicable law, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options.
Address changes and delivery concerns
Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting or a shipment is delayed, damaged or missing. An address change may not be possible after dispatch. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Wholesale and custom orders
Bulk, recurring, custom and freight orders are quoted individually. Shipping terms stated in an accepted wholesale quote apply to that order. The retail free-shipping offer does not automatically apply to separately quoted wholesale orders.
