Read the product description and select the size and pack quantity that fit your needs. Unless a product page states otherwise, a cart quantity of 1 means one pack in the selected size and pack count. Product origin is stated by item; U.S. warehouse shipping does not mean every product is manufactured in the United States.
Retail prices and payment
Retail prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Retail prices include standard shipping to eligible contiguous U.S. street addresses as described in our Shipping Policy. Payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout.
Orders and delivery
Provide an accurate email address and eligible physical delivery address. Keep your order confirmation for support and tracking. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, requested cancellation or delivery issue. See the Shipping Policy for delivery exclusions.
Returns and product issues
For damaged, incorrect or missing items, or for return or refund requests, email murrayzq@gmail.com. Include your order number, affected product and quantity, the reason for your request, and photos where available. Contact us for return instructions before sending any merchandise.
Wholesale inquiries
A wholesale inquiry is a request for a quote. Product availability, pricing, shipping, payment and any custom-order terms are confirmed in the individual quote. Sending an inquiry does not place an order.
