Refund policy

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted, except where required by applicable law. This restriction does not affect your rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, missing or undelivered goods, or any other non-waivable consumer rights.

Order problems and remedies

If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, or items are missing or not delivered, email murrayzq@gmail.com. Include your order number or other proof of purchase and describe the affected items and quantities. Photos of the goods, packaging or shipping label are helpful where available, but we will consider other reasonable evidence.

We will provide the replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Where a return is needed because of our error or defective or damaged goods, we will provide prepaid return instructions or reimburse reasonable return shipping. We do not charge a restocking or processing fee for these remedies. Contacting us promptly helps us resolve the issue; this policy does not shorten any statutory claim period.

Return instructions

Contact us before sending goods so we can provide the correct return destination and instructions. Do not send items to the address on a shipping label without checking with us. Keep the goods and packaging while the issue is reviewed where reasonably possible. These instructions do not limit a return or refund right provided by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method promptly and within any deadline required by applicable law. The refund includes amounts and shipping charges required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you have not received an expected refund, contact us for assistance.

Cancellations and shipping delays

To request a cancellation or address change, email us as soon as possible. We will try to stop an order before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a voluntary change after fulfillment begins. This does not affect cancellation and refund rights arising from a shipping delay or other rights required by law. If we cannot ship within a promised time or the time required by applicable law, we will give the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options.

Wholesale and custom orders

Any additional return or cancellation terms for separately quoted wholesale or custom orders will be stated in the quote before you agree to the order. Mandatory legal rights still apply.

QS SELECT is operated by QS CONCEPTS LLC. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable implied warranties and state consumer protections. Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, that law applies.
